Chapter 860 Review : The Party Begin at 10

At last..
Chapter 860 has been published..
The story line is mostly like the SPOILER but the characters' name quite different a bit..

So firstly..
The title: The Party Begins at 10
Means that Tea Party will begins at 10 am..

Lets make a review on this latest chapter..
I will do my review on every plots that Oda revealed in this chapter:
i) Jinbei , Sun Pirates & Roulette
- Jinbei knew that Big Mom will kill all Sun Pirates' crew members because of what he decided to do.. Somehow he confessed that Luffy is his captain.. And he willing to die for Luffy.. He said that his decision will harm Sun Pirates.. Not just if he turn the roulette but if Big Mom find out that Jinbei want to be beside Luffy.. Jinbei told us about the consequences of loosing his life but also the crew member of the Sun Pirates if he turn that roulette.. The number on that roulette is also referring to the number of crew that will join him to Big Mom's punishment..
- Something that comes to my mind is what actually happen to Pedro at that time.. When he faced the same roulette situation in the past.. How many Nox Pirates that been sacrificed to Big Mom's sentences beside Zepo the bear..
- Look like Charlotte Praline also will join Sun Pirates to escape from WCI.. This show that Big Mom's children fear their mother at one level that marriage will save them or they run away from WCI like Lola.. (if Big Mom can not find them and kill them).. But for me.. Lola did not aware of this situation because she think every mother loves her children.. Could Big Mom also like every mother that loves and cares for her all her children..? Oda still don't makes us believe that Big Mom is somehow a good mother (beside of what happen to her little children in one plot not long time ago..) Is Big Mom somehow manipulates all her children that will eventually potential for her to gain power and status..?

ii) Vinsmokes on the move to rooftop
- I like the idea of locating the Tea Party at the rooftop.. Because it quite open for the battle/war.. I thinks that only individual that invited at that Tea Party will know exactly what happen there.. The rest of the people in WCI will not know about it..
- In the panel showed by Oda.. We knew that Reiju did niot tell the other Vinsmoke about what happen to her.. This could lead to TWO things:
a) She want all Vinsmokes to die just in order for her to save Sanji with her life..
b) She will just waiting for Sanji's action first then she will decided on what move that suited them at that moment.. Maybe she will shouted to all Vinsmokes to fight Big Mom Pirates..
- But one thing that I would sure about is.. Reiju missing early in the morning (Please refer to Chapter 859).. Could she went back to Germa 66's ships and direct them to wait for her signal..? At least Germa 66 somehow aware of what will be happen at Tea Party because Reiju told them to wait for her signal.. Or Vinsmokes have communication tools that could told direct Germa 66 to launch attack..
- There's one theory that Vinsmoke Jajji will ask for a wall.. If he fighting against Big Mom.. Maybe he needs someone to make a wall for him.. And that theorist mentioned that Reiju would be that wall.. If this happen.. I will cry out loud.. I love Reiju's character as a person closes to Sanji..

iii) The last guests that arrived for Tea Party..
- The group of SIX people known as The Emperors of Underworld late arrived at WCI. They are:
a) 'God of Fortune' Du Feld - Black Market King
- In SPOILER, his named was 'God of Fortune' Le Feld the Loan Shark King. I just thinking of MONEY when I heard his name.. Maybe that will be his ability..

b) Stussy - The Queen of Pleasure Quarter
- In SPOILER, her named was Stussy the Red Light District Queen. I just thinking of LUST when I heard her name.. Maybe that will be her specialty..

c) Drug Peclo - The Great Mortician
- In SPOILER, his named Pietro the Great Mortician. Mortician is somehow linked to the corpse and medical.. Maybe that will be his ability.. But when I look at his weapon.. He look more like hangman.. His mortician remind me of Dr Hogback while his physical remind me to Ivankov.. But there are theory that Peclo resembled Rosinante (the younger brother to Doflamingo).. But when I look at his hairs around his heads.. It remind me to Nemomamushi (Pekoms's father)..

d) 'Big News' Morgan - The President of World Economic Times
- In SPOILER his named Big News Morganz the World Economic Journal President. I just thinking that this man related to News Coo.. And this man also related to WE comic strip.. So that means he is obsessed to get news from Vinsmokes too (related to Germa 66).. And remember one more thing on what happen in Dressrosa.. The information that Doflamingo reject his warlord's status is just a trick to makes Law comes to Dressrosa.. Yeah.. Law ask Doflamingo in PunkHazard to drop his title as warlord (shicibukai) and Doflamingo might be dealing with this guys to makes sure the information that stated in News Coo was to trick Law.. Maybe this person the one that help Doflamingo to false statement in News Coo.. I like the idea that Oda had for Morgans.. He look like Eagle in Angry Bird Movie.. lol.. And his career makes me think of Stork the Movie.. lol..

e) 'The Concealer' Giberson - Storage Industry Titan
- In SPOILER his named The Concealer Giberson the Veteran Warehouse. One thing that makes me stare at Giberson is his nose.. That maybe related to someone we knew in the past.. But I could not remember that character.. Please help me with this.. I think he deals with many BIG purchasers and also supplier.. The one that he will makes deal with is Wapol.. Somehow I could think of that person.. We knew that Doflamingo sells weapons (wierd swords) that comes from Wapol DF ability to mix things in his belly.. Could this be the hint that Oda left to us to discuss more about it..?

f) 'Deep Ocean Current' Umit - Shipping Magnate
- In SPOILER his named Deep Current Umit the King of Shipping. I just thinking of Captain Nemo or known as Prince Dakkar in Extraordinary League of Gentlemen. Maybe his nicknames makes me think of that movie.. He maybe got submarine as his ship..

- I loves all the characters.. It makes Tea Party become more happening.. What will be happen there at the Tea party.. Whose side will they choose to be..? Big Mom? Vinsmoke? Capone?

iv) The guest at the entrance..
- The last character shown by Oda is Organ Dealer Jigra.. In SPOILER his named Organ Trafficker Jigra.. He was absent from the last party in WCI because of the funeral of his mother.. Then he sent letter to Big Mom to say sorry for not coming to that party.. Is he also one of the Emperor? He been shot at his head because someone saw near future on his act and intention to come to this Tea Party..
- Organ Dealer, Funeral and all this related back to Dr.Hogback & Peclo.. Could all of this related to one and another..?

v) Charlotte Dogtooth the Sweet Commander..
- Last but not least, the last Sweet Commander under Big Mom was Charlotte Dogtooth.. He is the second son of Big Mom.. Perospero is the 1st son.. What interesting part about Dogtooth (Katakuri) is he used jellybean to shot people.. Could this related to his DF ability..? Plus he used Observation Haki.. I bet he's the sniper for Big Mom Pirates..
- Katakuri is not Potato Starch but referring to Dogtooth Violet some kind of Ornamental flower from central to southern Europe (Protugal to Ukraine).. Dogtooth leaves used for salad and its bulb was one of the source for starch in making Vermicelli (pasta)..
- He got the highest bounty (as for three of them exclude Snack) of Belli 1,057,000,000 and this makes him the strongest in Sweet Commander..

vi) Welcome drinks by Charlotte Smoothie..
- It seen that Smoothie provides TWO welcome drink which are Lava the girl that stabbed 100 men & Giraffe that make strange voice.. And I think all of the guest chose to drink that Giraffe instead of that girl named Lava.. Maybe harming the animal is okay than harming the girl.. lol
